Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between AI Search and Regular Search?

  • Regular Search pulls listings directly from Zillow based on location, price, and lot-size filters.

  • AI Search goes deeper, scanning submarkets, neighborhoods, ZIP codes, and landmarks within or around your input location and ranking opportunities by how well they match your use case.

What does the AI Analysis report include?

  • Proximity to emergency services (fire and police stations) with distance and response‑time ratings

  • Road infrastructure overview (road type, access constraints)

  • Land‑size assessment relative to your use case

  • Purpose‑suitability rating based on intended development

  • A clear overall score out of 100

How many searches can I run on each plan?

  • Free Trial: 3 regular searches per day, no AI Searches

  • Base Plan: 30 regular searches/day, 100 AI Searches/month

  • Pro Plan: 100 regular searches/day, 500 AI Searches/month

How do I add and manage my own properties?

  • Go to My Properties and click Add New

  • Enter Address, Use Case, Price, Lot Size, Listing Link, and 

  • Our system will enrich with AI Analysis data (emergency services, road info, etc.) automatically once the Analyze button is clicked on any property.

What do I do if I run into any problems in AcreFinder?

  • First try to resubmit forms and check if the problem persists (can sometimes happen if APIs fail in our system)

  • If problem persists, contact our customer support team with details of your problem
